- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the evaporated milk, eggs, mustard powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni and mix until well combined.
- Stir in the grated cheeses until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for color.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.
